OVERVIEW
Concordia’s first initiative, ‘Keeping Youth Connected’, aims to support young people experiencing homelessness by ensuring they stay connected with friends, family, and essential services.
To achieve this, Concordia has partnered with Maslow Telecom, a telecommunications company dedicated to helping those experiencing homelessness, domestic/family violence, or financial hardship.
Through the ‘Keeping Youth Connected’ initiative, eligible young people receive 3 to 12 months of access to Maslow Telecom’s 10GB mobile service. This service includes unlimited calls and texts, along with 10GB of data each month, helping them stay connected and empowered for a brighter future.

Is there any cost to our organisation to be part of the program?
No. There is no charge to access this initiative.
How does it work?
We’ve made it as easy as possible for both you and your clients to access this initiative:That’s it!
1.
Register your organisation using the form below. We’ll then contact you to learn more about your organisation and confirm your eligibility.
2.
Receive a ‘Keeping Youth Connected Starter Pack’ from us. This will include SIM cards for your clients.
3.
Distribute the SIM cards to your clients. You can assist them with activation, or they can do it themselves.
Is my client eligible to access this initiative?
To be eligible, a client must:
1.
Have an existing Maslow Telecom mobile service, or
2.
Connect a new Maslow Telecom mobile service, and
3.
It has been 12 months since they last accessed the initiative
Is there an age requirement to access the initiative?
Yes, your client must be between 10 - 24 years of age.
How long is my client’s access fee covered by Concordia?
Depending on your organisation, your client will have access covered by Concordia for between three to 12 months. At the end of this period, your client can either continue with the Maslow Telecom service or switch to another mobile service provider.
